1. Who we are

Flotask is a product operated from the URL flotask.ai. Contact: hmfxglobal@gmail.com.

2. What you can do

You can build, run, schedule, and share automation flows. You can connect third-party services (Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, Slack) via OAuth and invoke AI models (Claude, OpenAI, Google) through our API gateway.

3. What you can't do

  • Send spam, unsolicited email, or content that violates recipient consent laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc).
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, security mechanisms, or other users' data.
  • Resell Flotask or use it to build a competing product.
  • Use Flotask for any activity that violates the AI providers' (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) usage policies.

4. Your content

Your flows, prompts, outputs, and connected account data are yours. You grant Flotask the limited right to process it solely to run your flows. We do not use your content to train models or share it beyond what's required to execute your flow.

5. Our service is provided "as is"

Flotask is under active development. We do our best to keep it running, secure, and accurate, but we make no warranty of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose. AI outputs may be inaccurate — always verify critical results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flotask's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently: $0 on the free tier).

7. Termination

You can close your account anytime by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. If the change is material, we'll email signed-in users before it takes effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in Singapore courts unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
